Following the resounding success of “HanuMan” at the box office, its sequel, “Jai Hanuman,” has secured a budget ten times larger than its predecessor. With this increased budget, director Prasanth Varma now has the opportunity to incorporate additional attractions that were previously out of reach for “HanuMan.” Recent reports suggest that Ram Charan Teja is being considered for the role of Lord Rama.

According to a reliable source closely associated with director Prasanth Varma, ‘Rocking Star’ Yash, renowned for his role in “KGF,” is the favored choice to portray Lord Hanuman in the sequel.

Addressing confusion circulating in the Mumbai press regarding the casting of Bajrangbali Hanuman, the source clarified that Teja Sajja, who portrayed Hanumanth in “HanuMan,” will reprise his role in the sequel. Additionally, Lord Hanuman will feature prominently in “Jai Hanuman,” with Yash being strongly considered for the part.

It’s important to note that Yash was not considered for the first film, contrary to rumors in the Mumbai media. Teja Sajja will not be playing Lord Hanuman but rather the devotee of Hanuman, Hanumanth.
