The first teaser of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming action-drama ‘Dhaakad’ is out. The film is being directed by filmmaker Razneesh Razy Ghai and is scheduled to release on Diwali 2020.
In a forty-five second video, Kangana Ranaut is looking fierce and aggressive. The video starts with everything appears dark with fires and chaos. Soon Kangana appears on the screen with a heavy machine gun in her hand. She started firing with her gun at the calm water surface. After she was done, she puts her gun down at stares at the camera in an aggressive look.
Talking about the shooting of the teaser, Kangana said that the gun used in the teaser is real and very heavy. She has to put all her strength to lift the gun.

Earlier talking about the film Kangana said that after the success of Manikarnika it is proved that people are loving this genre. Dhaakad will not be a turning point for her carrier but also be a benchmark for Indian Cinema.
If the movie is well received by the audience then there will be no turning point for women in Indian cinema.
On making a female-oriented film director Razneesh Razy Ghai said that there is a big void so he wanted to explore this genre.
The film is co-written by Razneesh Razy Ghai, Chintan Gandhi and Rinish Ravindra and writer Ritesh Shah have written the screenplay.
The action drama is being produced by Asylum films and Sohail Maklai productions and co-produced by Qyuki Digital Media.
The shooting of the movie will be done in part of North India, Thailand, Budapest, and Prague.
Meanwhile, Kangana has recently seen in black physiological comedy movie Judgemental hai kya along with Rajkummar Rao. She has completed the shooting of upcoming movie Panga in which she is playing the role of a Kabaddi player. Kangana also signed the biopic of Tamilnadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa titled Thalaivi which will release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
