Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up for the shooting of her upcoming film “Lal Singh Chadda”. The movie is the official adaptation of 1994 Hollywood comedy movie Forrest Gump. The movie also stars Aamir Khan in the main lead. Aamir Khan And Kareena Kapoor reunite after six years for Lal Singh Chaddha.
They were seen together in 3 idiots in 2009 and Talaash in 2012. Lal Singh Chadda is the third collaboration of Kareena Kapoor and Aamir Khan. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh confirms the news of Lal Singh Chaddha on his Twitter account.

The movie is the co-production of Amir Khan Productions and Viacom 18studios. Scriptwriter Atul Kulkarni wrote the screenplay and is directed by Secret Superstar (2017) fame Advait Chandan.

In the Hindi remake of Forrest Gump, Aamir Khan will play the role of Tom Hanks and Kareena Kapoor likely to play the love interest of Forrest in the film Jenny Curran.
Robert Zemeckis directorial comedy flick Forrest Gump is based on the 1984 novel of the same name written by Winston Groom. The movie won 6 Oscar awards along with the best picture, best director and best actor awards.
On making the remake Chief operating officer of Viacom studios Ajit Andhare said that “Forrest Gump is in the list of must watch movies. The making the Hindi remake of the movie for Indian audiences is the dream of many”.
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor is all set to enter in the television industry. She will be seen as a celebrity judge in Reality dance show Dance India Dance. Kareena has recently finished the shooting of “Good News” along with Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani. She is also preparing for the movie Angrezi Medium opposite Irrfan Khan.
